2. Products and Descriptions

 

We make every effort to display and describe our products as accurately as possible. However, colours and sizing may vary depending on your screen settings. All products are subject to availability.

 

3. Personalised & Customised Products

 

Any item that has been personalised, customised, made to order, or printed specifically for you (e.g. custom names, embroidery, or made-to-measure sizing) is non-refundable and non-returnable, except in cases of:Manufacturing defectsDamage in transitErrors made by us in the personalisation This policy is in accordance with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, which excludes personalised goods from the standard 14-day cancellation period.

 

4. Pricing and Payment

 

All prices are listed in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be made in full at the time of order. We accept the following payment methods: Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, Apple Pay.

 

5. Shipping & Delivery

 

We aim to dispatch all orders within 1–3 working days. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location. We are not responsible for delays caused by courier services. Shipping charges are calculated at checkout and displayed before payment.

 

6. Returns & Refunds

 

a) Standard Products (Non-Personalised)You have the right to cancel your order and return standard products within 14 calendar days of receipt, provided that items are: Unworn and unwashed In original packaging In a resalable condition. To arrange a return, contact us at returns@waitingforwaves.co.uk. You are responsible for return postage unless the item is faulty or incorrect. Refunds will be processed within 14 days of us receiving the returned item.

 

b) Personalised or Customised Products As per Section 3, personalised and customised items are not eligible for refund or return, unless faulty.

 

7. Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receipt. We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including the return shipping cost where applicable.

 

8. Intellectual Property

 

All content, branding, and product designs featured on this website are the property of Waiting for Waves and may not be used or reproduced without written permission.

 

9. Limitation of Liability

 

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, or for any delay or failure to perform due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
